Portraits for the Times.

Over the last couple of years I have been getting more and more commissions from clients wanting portraits, one of the first people to commission me for a portrait was Tomaso Capuano ( then working for the Financial Times, so it was a while ago), I was initially skeptical having not really done portraits before, it was a picture of Felix Dennis! It turned out surprising well! Since then my confidence has grown and I believe I can pretty much draw anyone, no matter how beautiful (these are the tricky ones!) or how facially challenged (these are my favorites!)

So I thought I'd put some of them up on a blog. As you will see, some you'll recognise, some you won't. I've drawn them all, the great and the good, the good and the bad, the famous and the inconspicuous. Enjoy!

These, below were a series of portraits of entrepreneurs commissioned by Tomaso Capuano for the Times Career section.
