Pulse

Monthly column for peter weaving diary in Pulse, he is a GP in north Cumbria and the locality lead for the PCT (primary care trust) in Cumbria.
He is a former chair of a large PBC ( practical based commissioning) and is regularly sandwiched between the views of clinicians and PCT managers.
His jobs a tricky one!
